Apple have begun to prepare for the September 1 event at the Yerba Buena center. The building size banner has been put up just like at last years “Rock and Roll” event, showing us the same image that was sent out on the invites. Apple has been rumored to be releasing new iPods, TV rental service, new Apple TV, iLife and more at the event. The event kicks off at 10am Pacific on September 1st or 5am NZ on September 2nd.

“Please join us for an invitation-only event at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco on September 1 at 10:00 a.m.

Apple have just officially announced their annual September media event. No more details have been given but the image on the invitations is a bit of a giveaway that it will be music related (like all other September events)

So we may finally see the iPod Touch with FaceTime and a new Apple TV (iTV)

TechBitus has not been invited to this event as we have no bloggers in the USA but we will still cover it live.
